The Rochester Institute of Technology Pershing Rifles Company was founded in 1982, and has been dedicated to shaping the future leaders of the United States Armed Forces by providing underclassmen with unparalleled leadership opportunities and fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and camaraderie. Our mission is to cultivate disciplined, principled, and resilient cadets who, upon commissioning, will stand as the vanguard of the nation's defense.
